Staying Driven During Downturn

A secure job doesn’t mean that it will continue to be so in times of downturn, and economic instability should not lead to unpreparedness and surprise. Prepare for what’s to come next by reassessing career goals. If bringing our A game to work everyday has taught us something it’s that we suddenly seem hapless when there is nothing to do as routine the next morning. We will take time and learn together how to carefully assess and keep ourselves relevant in times of downturn.
